"Friendship Pizza/Beer Party every Sat 6:30pm this weekend~~"

Shouldn't it read, "Friendship Pizza/Beer Party every Sat 6:30pm"?

There is only 1 Saturday this weekend. Using "every" means this weekend, next weekend, the weekend after, etc...

Only use "this weekend" for a 1 time event that doesn't repeat.

Hi marcus~

we wanted to emphasize it's every weekend.. but also stress that you should come this weekend.. every weekend is kinda vague .. this weekend is specifically upcoming.. so basically we butchered the grammar to save some space ~~~

anyway.. come every weekend this weekend!!~~

"Come every weekend, ESPECIALLY this weekend."

It's also common to give a reason.

"Come every weekend, especially this weekend since (we, there) will be _______."
