I heard that the famous korean institute is Korean language institute in Yonsei univ.Here's website http://www.yskli.com/
There's short programe such like 3 weeks. Also, the book from YonseKLI is known for easy learning.

There are free korean language and culture courses at the Culture Center in Seodaemun-gu near the Hongje subway station. It's from 10-11:30am. I can give you more info if you're interested. I'm planning on going for my first time this upcoming Thursday :)
